(13)  A picture taken from an in house newsletter during WWII showing Christine
Cloud.
(14)  Joseph Cloud and Mary Love Jones out on their bicycles in New Castle in the
late 1930's.  I don't have an exact date for this picture so I can't say if this is before
and after they were married.
(15)  Photo taken in the mid 1930's of Mary Louisa Cloud (L) background and Lucielle
Coffey (R) background.  Christine Cloud sits in foreground.
(16)  Mary Louisa Cloud (sitting) and friend taken sometime in the early 1930's.
(17)  Mary Lousia Cloud in a formal portrait taken sometime in the early 1930's.
(18)  One of a series of photos of former boyfriends of Mary Louisa Cloud.  Early
1930's.  I have always enjoyed the motorcycle in this photo.
(19)  My mom relates that this man, whose last name was Spangler, was briefly
engaged to Mary Louisa Cloud.  No more info available at this time but there must be
a story to that.
(20)  A wedding picture from the 1930's showing Wallace Montgomery (middle in
white suite) and his older brother and his new bride.  The woman in the photo is not a
relation.
21)  Wallace Montgomery and Mary Louisa Cloud were only briefly married and were
divorced within months of the birth of Beverly Kay Montgomery Ratcliff.  He went on

to remarry twice after that and had four more children, working as a fireman in New
Castle his entire career excepting a time in the service during WWII.   Everyone lived
in the same small town and the divorce was never discussed, nor were his later
children told of Beverly Kay.  There is more to the story.  I am trying to figure out how
to tell the story of my mom, Beverly Wilkinson, meeting her three half sisters and half
brother in the early 1990s and the building of family ties that came from that.
(22)  Special photo taken to hand out to relatives
of Beverly Kay Montgomery Ratcliff, 1937.
(23)  Photo taken during WWII.  Fred Carmichael and Joe Cloud are away serving in
Europe and back in New Castle this clan of folks took care of the homefront.  Uncle
Fred remembers a lot from this household that included Cladie Cloud, Christine Cloud,
Mary Louisa Cloud and Beverly Montgomery Ratcliff.  Handwritten note is Beverly K.
Wilkinson's recollection of the names of those present in the photograph.

Below is a photograph from WWII.  Wallace Montgomery served in the Air Force - I
am looking for more information on the particulars of that service and the military
theater of operations it took place in.
